Founder and CEO, Walter Hill, is a native of Los Angeles, CA. He joined the United State Marine Corps in 2003 and attended bootcamp at MCRD San Diego. He completed three combat tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and assisted with the humanitarian aide relief due to the tsunami of 2005 in northern Sumatra, Indonesia.

 

After departing the Marine Corps in 2015, Walter entered the industry of staffing and recruiting and developed a love of helping professionals find rewarding careers.  In 2018 he decided to venture off and start his own recruitment firm which birthed “Hill Search Solutions”.
